Fixed and in writing. When we need to see it first, we arrange a visit.

At the agreed time, with the house protected while we work and clean when we finish.

What we found, what we did and what is worth keeping an eye on. Everything is recorded.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a repair cost?
We don't publish a price list, because every case is different. We always give a fixed price before we start — from photographs when possible, after a visit when necessary.
How quickly can you come?
We reply to your request within two working hours and respond to the repair within 48 hours. Maintenance-plan clients have priority and a Saturday-morning service.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. If you entrust us with a key or an access code, it is held by a single person, every use is logged, and it is returned or deleted at the end.
Do you do gas work?
No. Gas installations require certified technicians. If needed, we coordinate a certified specialist and oversee the work through to the end.
What if the problem comes back?
Repairs carry a 6-month warranty. If the problem returns within that period, we come back and fix it at no cost.
Which areas do you cover?
Lisbon, the Cascais line (Oeiras, Carcavelos, Parede, Estoril and Cascais) and the Sintra line (Amadora, Queluz, Cacém and Sintra).
