Confidentiality and trust
What we see and hear in your home stays between us.
Being let into someone's home is a privilege. We work for people who accept neither mistakes nor exposure. That is why confidentiality is the first of our values, and these commitments form part of every contract.
Our commitments
Photographs for the project only
We photograph only what is needed to document the works, and those photographs stay in your client area. Nothing is published — not in the portfolio, not on social media — without your written permission.
Confidentiality across the whole team
Every professional who enters your home, whether our own or a specialist we coordinate, is bound by a confidentiality clause.
Keys and codes, with a log
If you entrust us with keys, remotes or alarm codes, they are held by a single person and every use is logged. At the end, they are returned and the codes can be changed.
Discretion at the door
If you prefer, we arrive in unmarked vehicles and discreet workwear.
Documents deleted at the end
Plans, photographs and documents used during the works are deleted from the team's devices once the project is finished. They remain only in your client area.
Addresses never exposed
Your home address does not appear in emails, messages or page URLs. Only the team members who need it have access to it.
What about the portfolio?
We publish only projects whose owners have given written permission. We give only the general area — never the address — and remove location and device data from every photograph.
Non-disclosure agreement
If you prefer a specific non-disclosure agreement, signed before the first visit, we have a template ready.
Request the non-disclosure agreementData protection
We handle your data in accordance with the GDPR: only what is necessary, stored on servers in the European Union, encrypted where sensitive and deleted once no longer needed. You can request a copy or its deletion at any time.
Privacy policyWe don't discuss clients' projects.
