These terms govern the use of the casacomposta.pt website and the client area, operated by [[PREENCHER: denominação social]], NIF (tax number) [[PREENCHER: NIF]], with registered office at [[PREENCHER: morada da sede]], Alenquer.
1. Website information
The information published on the website is general and does not constitute a contractual offer. The prices, timelines and terms of each job are those set out in the corresponding proposal and contract.
The ambient images used on the website are illustrative. The projects shown in the portfolio were carried out by Casa Composta and are published with the owners' permission.
2. Client area
Access to the client area is by invitation and is personal. Users undertake not to share the access links they receive by email.
Actions taken in the client area — such as accepting a proposal or approving a change — are recorded with date, time and IP address and have the value of a written statement by the client.
3. Intellectual property
The content of the website, including the brand, logo, text and images, belongs to Casa Composta or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior consent.
4. Dispute resolution
