How we work
The price first, not after.
A project goes well when the rules are clear before it starts. These are ours — the same for a one-hour repair as for a whole house.
From request to handover
Request
Through the website, by phone or on WhatsApp. You can attach photographs.

Response
We reply within two working hours to understand what you need and arrange the visit.
Visit
We see the house, listen to what you have in mind and take measurements. No commitment.

Proposal
Itemised by section, with materials, reference prices, timeline and payment schedule.
Contract
Signed digitally, setting out scope, timeline, price and a confidentiality clause.
Works
With one person from Casa Composta in charge, a clean-up at the end of every day and an inspection halfway through.
Final inspection and handover
We go through the checklist with you. Anything that isn't right is redone before handover.
- 6 and 12 months
Aftercare
We come back at 6 and 12 months to see how everything is holding up.
Quality control
Six steps we never skip.
One company is accountable for the result. To make that possible, we check the work of everyone who enters your home — our own and that of the specialists we work with.
A proven network
We work only with specialists we have seen at work and who accept our rules, including the duty of confidentiality.
Written briefing
Every professional receives in writing what they will do, how, and with which materials. Nothing is left to the discretion of whoever turns up.
Halfway visit
We inspect the works halfway through, while anything wrong is still easy to correct.
Final inspection against a checklist
Before handover, we check point by point: finishes, functionality, cleanliness.
Redone at no cost
Anything that does not pass inspection is redone before handover, at no cost to you.
Casa Composta invoice and warranty
Whoever carried out the work, the invoice and the warranty are always ours.
Warranties
They run from handover and are recorded in your client area.
If anything goes wrong within the warranty period, we are the ones who come back.

Payments
Repairs
At the end of the job, once it has been confirmed that the problem is solved.
Partial works and full renovations
In stages, linked to the progress of the works — for example, 25% on award of the contract, 25% and 25% at intermediate stages, 20% on completion and 5% after the final inspection.
Maintenance plans
A fixed monthly fee. Work outside the plan is priced first.
Payments are made by bank transfer or Multibanco reference. Each payment is recorded in the client area, with the corresponding invoice.
The unforeseen and changes
If something unforeseen arises
In any project, some things only come to light once a wall is opened. If that happens, we pause that part of the work, show you what we found and present a solution and a price before continuing.
If you want to change something
You request the change in the client area. We price it; you approve or decline. If you approve, it is recorded in a contract addendum, signed digitally.
Nothing goes ahead without your approval
No cost is added to the project unless you have approved it, in writing, before the work is carried out.
Values
In this order.
Professional confidentiality
About the house, about you and about the work done there.
The price first, not after
The price is fixed before we start.
Punctuality
We arrive at the agreed time and keep to the timeline.
We only hand over what we would accept in our own home
That is the standard for the final inspection.
A clean house at the end of every day
Even in the middle of the works.
We explain what we did
What we found, what we changed and what is worth keeping an eye on.
If something goes wrong, we come back
No arguments about whose fault it was.
