Frequently asked questions
Do you have an architect?
Yes. Full renovations include an in-house architect, who produces the design, follows the planning process and takes part in site management.
How much does it cost to renovate a home?
It depends on the floor area, the condition of the house and the level of finish. The preliminary study gives you an indicative budget; the final proposal is a fixed price, itemised by section.
Can I follow the works remotely?
Yes. In the client area you can see progress by phase, with photographs, as well as documents, payments and pending decisions. It was designed for clients who cannot be there in person.
What if there is a delay?
The timeline is set in the contract. If a delay arises, we tell you as soon as we identify it, explain the reason and give you the new date.
Can I change my mind during the works?
You can. Every change is priced before it is made and goes ahead only with your approval. It is recorded in a contract addendum, signed digitally.
Do you make structural alterations?
Only with a structural design signed by an engineer. We do not touch the structure without one.
Do you handle planning permission?
Yes, when it is needed. We prepare the application, coordinate the engineering and specialist designs and follow it through to approval.
